Can I just take this second to say how excited I am that Palmer and his wife are going to be getting a kid?! :D

Reasons why Kathryn Janeway is a boss:

1. She is the captain of a Federation Star Ship.
2. Her Star Ship gets transported to the Delta Quadrant, and is 70 years away from Earth.
3. She managed to make this voyage in 7 years.
4. She had a really hot commander with whom she managed to maintain “professional” boundaries.
5. She comes up with flipping boss ideas.
6. She always seems to be the only member of the crew to be unharmed (besides the EMH) and ends up saving the entire crew on many occasions.
7. She carries a huge gun with her when necessary.
8. She can open air-locked doors on the Star Ship by herself.

Reasons why I’m jealous of Kathryn Janeway:

1. She is the captain of a Federation Star Ship.
2. She got to travel in the Delta Quadrant.
3. She is able to cut her mission time one-tenth.
4. She had a really hot commander on board.
5. She comes up with flipping boss ideas.
6. She’s impervious to, like, everything.
7. She has humungous muscles that carry large objects, including large guns.
8. She can open air-locked doors on the Star Ship by herself.
